Poetry from April, written instead of something about J-.
Thoughts and Colons, Interspersed
Walking the beach hand in hand with a girl of
Stone:
Emotionless and cold as ice on a field of
Snow:
Covering the ground with white, but melting with my
Tears:
Sodium and chlorine dissolved in hydrogen and oxygen for
Years:
Alone and wanting to share my body, soul, feelings and
Eyes:
Picture the fields of England interspersed with our laughter and
Lies:
Half-truths and white ones allow for no blemish on our
Souls:
Breaking out of my body and flying away with heavenly
Goals:
Unreachable and unattained, like a bat out of
Hell:
My personal condominium is reserved- I’ll burn and barbecue
Well:
I have just one thing to say: I love you... still.
