Water elementals are beings from the elemental plane of the water. They can be brought to the character’s world only through elemental magic, though some may choose to come of their own volition. They are beings made of water, and their attack is to engulf an opponent within their bodies and drown them. Engulfed creatures will drown in 3 minutes. The offshoot of this is that any successful attack against the water elemental must also be checked against the engulfed victim, as he too might sustain damage. Being hit by a watery fist will do 2d10 Damage Tolerance of damage. They may be dispelled by Mages only.
