The Magic Mirror Floating Head
Take the front facade. Cut a window into that front piece. Hnag a frosted shwoer curtain behind the opening. Use an InFocus or similar projector attached to your computer to run the Magic Mirror digital puppet from ImaginEERIEing... at an amazing 3' tall! Add a voice-changing synthesizer to alter the puppeteer's voice. Add a monkeyboy in the trove to pass out candy from under the gargoyle on the front. After many frustrating hours of cutting foam, stoning foam, fitting foam, bracing foam, Great Stuffing gargoyle, mounting gargoyle and candy catcher bowl, voila!
