| They call us "Masters of the Mobile." Sure, OK, whatever. What we're really good at is balancing. Yep. We can balance almost anything. Give us a long enough fulcrum and we'll balance a mountain! Of course, this is coming from someone who figured out that, assuming the universe is infinite, he really is at the center of it!
The Mosh Pit is our most complex mobile- three free-spinning arms, everything counterbalanced with everything else. The kids love getting inside the spinning, dancing ghosties, especially Goofy Bob, and spinning them around. |

| Three solid plastic garden stakes from Lowes are the bars. Lighter than the aluminium conduit we were using, and resistant to clashing clanging, these 8' bars separate the ghosties by as much as 15'! |

| Again, it's just a matter of placing your ghosties and doing a balancing act in the air, trying to move strings up and down the poles to level them off.
Unfortunately, some neighborhoodlums stole the Mosh Pit Monsters, including Goofy Bob, late last week. we were able to get some replacements up almost immediately, but it is still a sad day. The thing is, if these people wanted to haunt their own yard, I would gladly have given them some of my props- it's happened in the past. Oh, well. We will see what happens. |
